Warranty Information

Align1 Solutions warrants this product for a period of 5 years from the date the product is shipped for any damage resulting from a defect in materials or workmanship. A defect in materials or workmanship does not include damage to a product, or failure of a product to operate or perform properly, caused by (1) misuse or abuse of the product; (2) improper assembly or assembly that was not as recommended by the written assembly instructions; (3) normal wear and tear; (4) transportation; or (5) improper storage. Products damaged in these ways will not be considered defective and will therefore not be repaired, replaced, or refunded. The customer must provide appropriate pictures of their damaged product if requested.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED, AND TO THE EXTENT THEY ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.

ALIGN1 SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR consequential, economic, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from a DEFECT IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP.
