At Align1 Solutions, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each Muuv chair. Attention to detail in design, materials and construction is always at the forefront. As is our commitment to customer satisfaction. We encourage you to inspect the chair upon receipt. If you have a concern or believe there is a quality issue, we will work with you to correct it, in accordance with the policy below.
If you are not fully satisfied with your Muuv chair, you must contact us within 14 days of chair delivery to initiate the return process. Our associates will work with you to arrange a white glove pickup of the chair.
A full refund will be issued in the original form of tender, less a $250 return processing fee.
Muuv chairs must be undamaged and in ‘like-new’ condition to be returned. It is not necessary to keep the box but the chair should be covered in the cloth bag. The consumer or an authorized representative aged 18 or older must sign for the return pickup and the chair is required to be at threshold level for the pickup. (Threshold being ground level; no stairs)

Stock Muuv Chairs
Payment is required in full for in-stock chairs and to reserve backordered stock. Backordered stock chairs will ship within 30 days.
Custom Fabric Muuv Chairs
These are special-order items and therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Standard stock orders will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Individual chairs ship via FedEx ground. Please allow additional ship time during sale/promotional periods.
Occasionally during shipment an item may incur some damage, in which case you must CALL US at 855.688.8360 within 24 hours of shipment receipt. Strongly preferred to KEEP ALL BOXES UNTIL CLAIM HAS BEEN CLOSED.
